No state in the SE can match Ogun State in terms of development and industrialization. How much more Oyo State which is clearly more developed than Ogun? AlaafinOfOyo:People of SW don't have the energy to argue and argue which obviously is what Igbos are always out for. See, Ibadan is an ancient city with a very rich history. In fact this picture you posted shows the existing rich history of Ibadan. As a matter of fact, I can boast of it that there is no state in Nigeria that doesn't have places like this including the east. helinues:Lagos is even developed not by the Yorubas. It has been a seat of the colonial masters and subsequently, the capital City of Nigeria. These attracted the influx of investment from other tribes especially the Igbos, and foreigners. Leave it for the Yorubas, Lagos would have been like any other southwest states |

You know, there are so many places that you will visit in Ibadan and ask where the brown roof pictures came from. And there are many places where you see brown roofs all through. Ibadan is very big. bobonextdoor:I love big wide roads and beautiful interchanges and designs, it makes a landscape fine. I think imo and Enugu have it, but here in Anambra the government dare not go ordinary 6foot into people's land for road expansion without seeing shege. Ordinary road expansion oo you go go court tire. The few beautiful non brown roof part of Ibadan are the new developed areas but it isn't upto 10% of Ibadan landmass |
