When we feel liberated away from home, yearning for success outside becomes desperately intense.

You need to prove to them at home that because you were born into a caste system there does not make you one outside.

This is the case not only in Nigeria but in India and United States. The only problem is that you may also be rejected outside if you become abrasive, ingrate or ostentatious.

Solution: Be humble and respect your host culture when in Rome.

My question is, there are Yorubas in Brazil and other places outside Nigeria, why do they not mine skulls like their Nigerian kit and kin?

Yoruba have no territorial ambition. They respect and abide by the culture of their hosts no matter where they are.

It is people outside Yoruba land that long and yearn for Yoruba culture, come back to Yoruba land to pay homage.

Spot the difference?
