Edo can never be Lagos because Edo State is the worst run state under Obaseki. You can't travel from Benin city to ekpoma or owan because of bad roads, even within Benin city, na no go area. So what is special about Edo that can make it Lagos.

The Federal might was instead used in favour of the Obaseki, because the Federal might and cabal felt threatened by Oshiomole's romance and support for Presidential aspirations of Mr. Tinubu then. So the cabals in Buhari's presidency sabotaged the chances of thier own party(APC) and its candidate all because of Tinubu.

As a governor, Oshiomole has contributed immensely in the development of lives and communities in Edo State and NIGERIA.

Is Obaseki the one contesting for governor?

This is the main problem in Edo - We barely hear of the main PDP contestant Asue Ighodalo, but Obaseki have "overshadowed" him. Many Edo People are not happy with this.

As much as I like Dr Ighodalo honestly I don't see him winning the election.

The first and basic things a gov should apart from salary payment is roads construction.theres massive insecurity due to unemployment esp cultism,flooding,the education and health sector is in shambles.even agriculture,tourism and sports that oshiomhole revamped has deteriorated.he is busy having problems with all traditional rulers,taxation is driving investment.that man is not good in anything and cannot bring any successor
