go and get relevant work experience. And pray UK hires Nigeria nurses like they did 2 years ago. For Canada there is no way to get nursing job from Nigeria . You have to find your way to Canada first via express entry or study route.
Which course would you advise i study to qualify for PGWAP. I'm 30years old

Please can anyone confirm what the different codes mean
Like W698654329
V109875098

Is it possible for an application to start with a V, but when the visa comes out the code will come out with another Alphabet initial?
Just wondering... is there a reason you can't sort your application yourself?

please we need advice on the next thing to do concerning an issue about a Canadian visa. A nigerian travel agent assisted us to apply for a visa and told my brother that it was an internship. to cut the long story short we never heard anything from the canadian visa center after biometrics for over 1yr. so we asked the agent to cancel the application. right now hes not talking to us. we re trying to apply for a canadian tourist visa and the agent is not saying anything to us because we need the previous details he used for the other application. what do we do now? how do we get the information's he used previously? please advice pls on how to retrieve my brothers information so we can go ahead to apply again.

thanks
Another agent issue. Keep wondering why folks can't do this themselves

Not entirely true. Lots of nurses were employed by the AHS (Alberta health service) the only quirk is that you need to have a BSN. There are also agencies recruiting nurses for support worker roles, but they often charge an arm and a foot. Upwards of 6k usd . You can search out “Allison Jones” agency in Canada (this is not a personal endorsement. However a few have successfully used them to get work permits from naija).

Hmmm... so if I may ask, what the best route?
I'm through with nursing science at nursing school.
I also have my first degree (Bsc Human anatomy)
Abeg advise me
So your best bet is to join the pool and hope Ontario does another healthcare draw soon or the federal does a healthcare targeted draw. Your chances of securing these are great with a minimum of 1 year experience in healthcare

Go and apply to Newyork board of nursing for a license and then write your Nclex. From there, there would be a million and one agencies willing to take you on. Hopefully the retrogression would have improved by then. You can do this alongside your express entry.

Hello All,
When you apply for your PR on Express entry inside canada.

How long does it take to get BIL and Medicals after AOR,
And when application is approved do you also get PPR or what documents is issued? To show your application is approved.
Is there anyone that went through this route that can explain the detailed steps from AOR

I understand, but that is the cheapest option you have.

Although, you can enter the express entry pool, but you are losing a lot of points with 6.5 in writing, and with what is going on now we need to get the
highest possible point. Use the CRS calculator to check how many points you will have if you have a 7 or 7.5 in writing.

I don't know how much remarking is, but it's a risk worth taking and it's way cheaper than rewriting.

Yeah but you must have the money to be eligible to stand a chance for ITA and bigger spending.

I asked her to remark writing not listening. Moreover, only writing and speaking can be remarked. You can't remark listening and reading.

you're wasting time again. You have the two major requirements to enter the pool already.
WES and IELTS

Remarking writing when she didn't get at least 8 in listening is pointless.
Her 7.5 in listening means she lost 50 points, a positive 7.0 writing remark will only add 8 points.

Hello Nls, please help!!...... I am qualified for these two NOCs ( Admin Officer and Admin Service Manager).
The title of my current role is Admin Service Manager but most of my JD(job des) is Admin Officer although I perform some services on Admin Service JD. I can get letter from my company for either.

My question is which NOC is the better one to get the Letter on? I am targeting Ontario, Saskatchewan and Alberta PNP.

Please advise....

I understand you are trying to help but anything less than LRWS 8777 reduces her points significantly. So it wouldn't matter if her writing changes from 6.5 to 7.

Unfortunately we used an agent so we don't have first hand access, only what he shows us when we visit his office or what he video/screen shots and sends to us.
We applied for Express Entry, we took the IELTS and passed. I'm the main applicant, so we used my grades and work experience for everything. We have done medicals, and Biometrics. Submitted the requested passport photo size and given everything requested.
The issue now is our application when we saw it starts with V following 9 digits, and my friends in Canada are concerned that its a visitor's visa and not Express Entry which should start with EE.
We rushed to his office for him to show us the application and he opened it, but the page doesn't state anywhere whether its a visitor's application or an Express Entry application🫨
August will make it 1 year since we did biometrics, while we started the process last year April, 2023...so its officially been 1 year since we started the process.
At this point we are just praying.
I don't know what the application is based on the v-9 digits but I suspect the agent put in a visitor visa application for you/family. Express entry is one of the easiest applications to apply for if all requirements are met. Express entry application is the easiest thing I applied for in my journey to Canada and I'm sure others will attest to it. Renting a house in canada or getting a job in the desired field is more stressful than the express entry application. A visit visa grants no right to work and the agent may be setting you up for multiple challenges in Canada

Based on your post it appears both you and the agent don't know what you're doing.
Since this wall is for permanent residency application via express entry I'm not sure visit visa responses will be well detailed here. But Canada and other western countries are not necessarily middle men countries like Nigeria where you use an agent for virtually everything. Here people live everyday trying to figure out a way around there issues and visa application is one of the easiest things to do without the need of a middle agent

The harm these agents cause... Imagine over a year... And it's visit visa.
These are only the ones we've heard o.
My people learn to love reading, read and research. The only reason you should be using agents are if they're immigration consultants or you lead a busy lifestyle and it's a trustworthy person whom you'll follow bumper to fender and will give you unencumbered access to your account.
Most of these people are heartless and are only after their own profit.

Was talking with a friend, telling him express entry and he was just shouting hard, hard... saw him with one agent in the area, and when I told him(the agent) I'd done my application myself and permanent residency for that matter, he stopped me from participating in the conversation. Only heaven knows the lies he has sold to my friend.

My people, research and be patient! We want fast fast, let me be in Canada after this Sunday's service. It doesn't work that way.
Just watch that agent will tell you guys their usual, that you can convert visitor visa to work permit when you land.
Reading through comments on this topic gives me a clearer picture on why many of our people struggle when they get to canada while a few flourish and flourish. Nigerians can be very lawless and don't like to follow due process. Agents are popular because people are looking for a short cut. Agents will continue to prey on them.

by applying online, chances of get one is like one in a million chance
I got a job in Canada from outside Canada. However, I already had a COPR and didn't require visa sponsorship. I just didn't want to go to Canada and spend money without a job. Hence it is possible to get a job in Canada (online) from outside Canada but I don't know if this applies to jobs that require a visa sponsorship
