Foden can't play wings. In Man City that he normally plays there is different cos he'll always drift in and do tactical link up and play. England won't give you such privilege.

His best is Am and that's where he should be deployed

Yup they have. He'll have to bring Cama into the CM spot in the second half. Rabiot and Kante in the same midfield means little to no creativity. Also one of Thuram or Dembele has to come off.

The only downside to Theo Hernandez is him being selfish and not a team player. Same problem as Dembele
