The way MLS and Saudi is to Europe players is the way NT job is to coaches. Most average coaches (or past their prime coach) are the ones that will acknowledge NT jobs. Nothing special there to be honest

On the contrary, they somewhat "avoid" NT jobs till their later years because it isn't necessarily "representative" of their capabilities.... the "boring" nature also makes it less appealing
