I used to like Wike until he refused to pay Rivers workers 30k minimum wage for 8 good years and also refused to promote Rivers workers for solid 8 years.

Local government workers promotion has not been implemented, so they have not been promoted for 9 years now. Also, For political reasons, he has refused to pay local government workers their may and june salaries in this Tinubu era.
