Hi people,
Please I bought a 8kg lg automatic top loader and it has been a disaster, I am not sure if it's because I use a manual washer before so I am used to clothes actually being clean from the aggressiveness of the machine but this new one does absolutely nothing!
It hardly rotates to wash! I was so concerned that I even called their customer care who sent a technician to my house. The guy said that that's how it is supposed to be...

I have a family of four, two of which are men, this lg is useless.

Please recommend an automatic top loader washing machine that you have preferably used yourself and can beat your chest that it cleans stubborn stains.

maybe it's the top loader that has that problem...buy the normal front loader,same lg 8kg and it works very fine....they have inverter sef

Space is the issue, I don't have enough physical space to accommodate a front loader. Any other recommendations?🙏

Buy scanfrost. Before you condemn the LG, note that it has different modes. Check the mode you are using. May you are using delicate function.

I used all the modes in that damn lg, duvet, wool, extra clean, all of them, all it did was increase the time of the cycle, that maddening slow rotation did not change so it still didn't wash well.
