Perfection in the sight of God is Holiness which you are told that no man can see God without. All the Prophets of Old, including Jesus Christ, were all holy/perfect men. God approved them all righteous as a result of their having attained perfection as He has commanded all who seek Him. Perfection is not a mark beyond men, obviously and it can only be attained through strict adherence to the details of the teachings and commandments of Jesus Christ. It is a requirement for those who wish to be approved righteous by God and eventually enter into the reward of Heaven at the end.

From Genesis to Revelations the Bible declared one man as the role model all humans must imitate when it comes to the case of perfection!

“For God loved the world so much that he gave his only-begotten Son, so that everyone exercising faith in him might not be destroyed but have everlasting life." John 3:16

There are many spirit sons of God in heaven {Job 38:7} this angels are perfect and they know exactly what God requires from intelligent beings yet God never introduced any of them to man for us to learn the way of holiness role model {Hebrews 1:5} except Jesus of Nazareth {Matthew 17:5} because perfection on the part of humans is tied to the disciplining of our physical body {1 Corinthians 9:27 compare to Ephesians 4:22-24} so Jesus is the only human who lived in the flesh and performed excellently when talking of perfection in human form! 1John 4:2

But to meet up with Jesus' perfection it will take an imperfect human much more than a lifetime that's what it means that Christ will reign for a thousand years, each human will have to continue learning how to meet up with the standard Jesus set through his thoughts, words and actions until a thousand years is complete by then we will have completed our training because Satan, his demons and human agents promoting falsehood will not be around throughout the thousand years of Christ Jesus! Revelations 20:1-3

Noah, Daniel and Job got it.

Gen 6:9 KJV These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God.

Job 1:1 KJV There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job; and that man was perfect and upright, and one that feared God, and eschewed evil.

Mat 5:48 KJV Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.

From the above verses, we can see that a state of perfection can be reached. Jesus wouldn't say be perfect if it was not attainable.

Depends on your definition of perfection, if it is moral perfection then no one can be perfect except Jesus but if it is the perfection in one's walk in faith in God years.

Abraham, Noah etc were not perfect morally but were perfect in their walk with God.

For anyone to reach state of perfection, that means he is all knowing.
But is there anyone like that, that is all knowing?
