Even if they win SIM will give them Obaseki treatment.A sitting governor is even more powerful than a President.
Which obaseki treatment. Why are the CTC chairmen not in the secretariat yet.

For your info, obaseki succeeded cos of backing he had from Aso Rock.

SIM has no backing, SIM can't control the police, military.

SIM only have support of ipob, obedient and ibos online.

I bet you, if the 27 Lawmakers win, they won't hesitate to impeach Fubara, nothing will happen

1. We heard that Wike was demanding 20 percent of Rivers allocation.
2. We heard that Sim was prevented from attending meetings outside PH without the permission of Wike.
3. We heard that Sim begged Wike to allow him produce 3 out of the 23 LLGA chairmen including his own Opobo and Wike refused.
4. We heard that Wike was using the state Jet and Sim couldn't.
5. Wike appointed Chief security officer, Chief of Staff, Secretary to the state, 90 percent of the commissioners.
6. Wike refused to allow Sim's wife have any office of First lady.

7. Big politicians could not come to visit Sim without Wike being informed about it.

Now these are the rumours we heard.

Now assuming that some or all of the above are true,

Would you still accuse Sim of being a big betrayer?
No proof of claims. I had expected Sim to come forward and tell Riverians the excesses of Wike. All we've heard are side talks. A Governor who cannot be bold to say what his godfathers demands of him.

Moreover, any political contracts and considerations Sim accepted to before Wike picked him should as a matter of integrity be adhered to. Afterall, he is aiming for 8years as governor, he should have allowed the first 4 years as per agreement.

Except on sharing of Rivers commonwealth, Sim should have kept his side of the bargain for this first term.

Sim is a looter like Wike. He is just an upcoming looter who would become a serial looter soon.

I think they did.

There is video evidence to that.

And more importantly they swore to an affidavit at a Federal high court that they were no longer members of the PDP.

Note that parties don't give certificates or NON membership cards when people defect. grin

I admit that it is hard to prove that they defected to APC,
but it is easy to prove that they left from PDP.

And what is important to this case is to prove that they LEFT PDP, not to prove that they joined APC.
Assuming you have a job now, what is the accepted way to resign a job? Post a video online or write a letter to your place of work?

You can even send a letter of resignation to your colleague, as long as its not the official channel recognized, whether your manager or HR, its still not effective

Anyone can claim the video is just a skit, but letter written and signed by you is the acceptable way of resigning position, another one is job abandonment if you dont show up for certain days

Not true! If I go into a stupid gentleman agreement with you, I won't come and cast it before the whole world BUT I WONT KEEP TO IT ESPECIALLY WHEN ITS A STIFFLING AGREEMENT.

if sim opens his mouth and tells you what that agreement was about, you'll stone Wike if you see him.

One of the major reasons you guys always lost out in any political struggle in Nigeria is that you guys do politics with emotion not fact

What did you want the judge to do, when PDP as told the court they're still members...?

Even the lawyer that's representing PDP in court is a well know Wike lawyer

Best way for Sim is to find way to delay the case.
Leave them to their ways. I don't support wike and his group because some of us has been calling out wike's dictatorial behavior when he was governor but most of the Obidients on this platform, always support him because they were on the same page against Apc and Buhari. Today he is not their favourite cos he didn't support their choice of president. Wike always influence judgement then using federal powers and he will also do same now with federal powers. His group will definitely win cos someone like Wike fight to finish. I don't know how some people reason here honestly. You supported wike's impunity as governor then and you are condemning him now, because you people are not on same page politically with him. Stop this nzogbu nzogbu politics cos it make you people look stupid in the eyes of others. I don't like Wike up till now cos is a very desperate politician but will not condemned him about the power tussle in rivers. If sim win the battle I would genuinely like but I will not take side cos some of you has no moral right to question Wike, the same person you supported back then. If wike has supported Obi, even if he didn't win by now you people will be calling Fubara ingrate and all manners of name. Sanusi comes in mind. You all know how you people call him unprintable names just because he alerted Nigerians about missing huge amount the nnpc could not account for. Nigerian economy started witnessing downtown and some state couldn't pay salary under Jonathan but when Buhari came he failed to stabilize it by his bad policies. There is no way we could have substain the subsidy and that was why the three major candidates said if they win, they will remove subsidy immediately. Some of us here are not partisan but a concern Nigeria who will speak truth all the time. I don't have any political party membership card but support candidate based on my conviction and not with sentiment. Our current deputy governor, we voted for him as a house of rep last year because we were fed up with the incumbent and some pdp and Apc members worked against their candidate but the Apc man just used his loyalties to cause unleash terror in a ward with voters of the current DG and it was cancelled. That gave him another return ticket but even the DG has now join Obaseki who he criticize so much of neglecting our constituency. Today I am supporting the Apc man for governor because Obaseki is so elequent in English and one of the most governors but he is not elequent in performance and they are telling us that his candidate is more elequent, is that not a disaster waiting for us. Senator Okpeboho is know to be a philanthropist and a grassroot man over the years and he knows the people's need because he has demonstrated it in the past by bringing succor to his senatorial district. Today is popularity is soaring everyday because people can see hope and when ask any questions, he gives frank answers. Asue was asked by some option leaders in my LGA about development. He lied by saying he will create LCDA only for us. So you will tell all the members of assembly who comes from another constituency and LG that you want to create and LCDA in just one LGA out of 18. When Okpeboho was asked he said is not possible but he will rather attract development.

Was that a skit with the judge too?

Or maybe the judge was Mr Macaroni or Sabinus.

I agree with this wholeheartedly however for me, I've never really liked Wike. I've always criticised him even when he was against Apc / tinubu because I knew it was borne out of selfishness. I've always seen through him. So reserve the right to criticise him as I e always been consistent on that.

Besides the letter stuff is just a formality.

All you need to give your previous employer is the required notice in lieu.

Like I said, it's only a crooked judge that will reinstate these 27 lawmakers who signed a defection affidavit on oath and read their defection letters ON THE FLOOR OF THE HOUSE, first steps taken in any defection process.

Very shameful and stupid set of law makes .
Just imagine .

PDP will need to expel them all.
It's very shamebilic.

This video is very annoying .
Their constituents need to stone them away into oblivion.

This video is enough to just send these lawmakers to jail for trying to take the court and Nigerian people for granted and for a fool

You can swear in front of CJN as long as you never receive the letter to the right authorities you just dey play. You can chnge your mind before you submit the letter

Common let's use common sense here..

You think party membership register is something you wake up and clean everyday like a kindergarten classroom board?

Political parties do register update from time to time and I assure you it it not everyday. grin

When a person defects their name remains in the register until the next register update which could even be 6 months later.

So stop trying to prove anything with these your half facts.

And stop saying "they never defected"
Cus you're not 'talking' to kids here.

It will be better you just say, they defected but they will try to wriggle their way out with the help of the compromised PDP.

Was it not the same PDP that was shouting in the early days that the 27 lawmakers had ceased to be their members and called on INEC to conduct elections to fill the vacant seats?

Until Wike and the 27 realized that they were going to lose the case and made a u turn and started making a deal with Damagun?

We are not children here..

Only the compromised judiciary we have in this country can save those 27 lawmakers...
We are saying the same thing.if the lawmakers still insisted that they defected, they would have lost but now that they have recanted, they would obviously win.
This has nothing to do with corruption.it is a universal law that once facts are not convincing, then judgment would not be entered.the evidences are not enough to rule against the lawmakers

Let jumbo and co present those documentary evidence.the court will prefer the original clear copy rather than a copy and it must be shown clearly that the speaker read it on the floor.continually emphasizing in video evidence will lead nowhere.

Again, the actual person that has locus to sue for defection is pdp national.
The supreme court in Kano matter clearly said only a party can tell who it's members are.abd that party membership and cards are primary evidences of membership.
If u base ur argument on Kano state. Sorry it will not be used here

The rivers matter is even so annoying that the court will not only declare their seats Vacant but will also fine them for insulting the court and taking the nigerian people for gran used or for a fool.
