If you have lived before outside Lagos and Abuja, especially in states like delta state, akwa ibom then you will know that Lagos and Abuja are actually overrated.
Don't get me wrong, they are big cities but the quality of life, clean environment, clean water, good people, safety in delta and akwa ibom is by far far greater and bigger than Abuja and Lagos.

Leave your hideout in Lagos and Abuja and go experience quality of life in delta and akwa ibom.

The post you quoted was a mere observation, which is accurate anyway. That said, Igbos do not dominate real estate ownership in different parts of Nigeria, except the East. How can non-indigenes dominate real estate ownership more than actual indigenes? That is not possible anywhere in the world. Natives own lands more than non-natives.
