Rainbow town is small and the estate is uncompleted following the politics that plaued out after Amaechi as Governor of Rivers State. The biggest estate in Port Harcourt is Golf Estate.

I am surprised no one has mentioned DSC Steel town ( Delta Steel Company) Estate in Ovwian Aladja near Warri. The Estate was the largest estate in West Africa before the building of Gwarinpa in Abuja. Reason I don’t take Nairaland serious because it’s fast becoming a breeding ground for religious extremist and tribal bigots instead of a medium for credible information.
