Please encourage her to take up the job because from there, she'll have invaluable experiences, connections and relationships which will help her life and career. I am saying this from experience. Let financial gratification not be her main focus while searching for a job at this level.

It depend on the state and cost of living... I would thankfully take it. 100k and free Saturday/Sunday, just to sit in a office and welcome people? Good deal.

I see nothing in trying to negotiate a higher pay , however she should use this one to hold body first. The option is to sit at home and earn nothing

My security guard now makes that amount and he lives rent free with his wife and little daughter in the quarter. I was paying him 80k but increased it by 20k because things are really hard right now. 100k is not even enough but I don’t have it like that!

This lady was offered 100k to work as a secretary to one of the offices in a firm/company. The company has staff bus that takes the worked to and from work. And they work Monday to Friday. But the lady is saying 100k is small that they should add something to the money.

What would you do if you're being offered this amount to work in this position (as a secretary)? Would you accept the offer or decline?

She should just try an learn to start from the little. Cos, those earning big now don't start like that. They also start from somewhere. Your 100k today can change to 500k above if you don't give up and be loyal
