There is a difference between Men of God and God.

Men of God are simply servants. What they have (power, wealth etc) is what was given by the master.

If they pray and God decide not to act, there is nothing they can do about it. The have no power of their own.

It is a servant-master relationship.

Job 41:11

Who has given me anything that I need to pay back? Everything under heaven is mine.

I am a servant of God and will remain so even in death.

God doesn't owe me or you anything...

Hmmm .... they need to investigate the cause of the fire. Is it arson? I would put nothing past Chris .... the love of money is the root of all evil... and he loves money. If exploiting the poor is in his books ... what wouldn't be? Was the building recently insured?.. coverage recently significantly increased? From the smoke seems like three sources of the fire. From a religious point of view ... if he were truly a Man of God .... this will never happen ... period. The wicked prosper but for a while.

I just hope all his followers were accounted for. Let's wait to see him blame the enemies of God ... and vow to show them they will not prevail ... in fact the church will rise from the ashes ... will rebuild ... bigger and better as a testament that God cannot fail. Members worldwide will be asked to make an extra contribution to the new building fund. After all.... he has to find a way to make up for the weaker and weaker Naira. I wouldn't one bit be surprised if he takes the money and run ... gets out of the church business altogether and gone joy his life in the Bahamas or so where he is an unknown.
