The blogger that said that Burna Boy paid all bills has spread his lies and is at rest and if the hospital doesn't come out to say this - all patients in the hospital will refuse to pay their bills believing that BB has paid.

How do u know he paid for people who cud not afford the bills?

Let me tell u, it's only the nurses/matrons/doctors that can know who cannot pay.
And it has to be patients who have stayed long in the hospital most times
