Take for instance a wrong parking can cost you 300usd. The point is after you pay once .. lol you will start behaving. We need a system that ensures appropriate consequences for all not selective.

Why can't the government have a good database that wouldn't allow for such to happen. They don't even know who does what, everyone is just doing anyhow. That's why all these government loans are free monies cos nobody will check and retrieve them. Most MD's are cashing out big time

Systems are run with technology. BVN is a good example. Do research and understand the changes that occur after the introduction of BVN. Laws do not need people to abide. People abide because of consequences.

Good afternoon my wonderful people of Nairaland..

For the past 5months now things has not been going on fine, i lost my job due to sickness, and i have just been managing hawking snacks around in the market, but the high cost of commodities really affected the goods and I couldn't get money to continue the business.

Please sir and ma , i need your help in order to be able to rise to my feet again..

I currently live with my mother who was diagnosed of stroke and it's been hard taking care of her and i have been the one running up and down as the first child, the rent expires last two month but the landlord has been considerate due to my mom's condition, our feeding has not been constant and medications for my aged mother..
Although church has been helping out with little but not enough to live.



I need your help and i will be greatful if I'm able to get help or maybe a job that will sustain me to earn a living...
I'm not a lazy woman and i am ready to work if there is any opportunity..

This is a serious matter i was discusding this matter 2day how in the health sector many doctors in teaching hospitals have japa yet still collecting salaries for up tp 2 yrs and still counting and u winder were loopholes in.govt .

In a deparment ot over 40workers only less than 15 come to work . Rest have travelled and still collect salary while working and doing biz abroad...


Indeed Gov should sanitise the civil service . Givt workes no take dere job serious but collect d money ..

We will only be going in cycles if we see things this way.
To find a solution to any problem you must get to the root cause.
Systems are ran be humans, we have laws too here in Nigeria. Infact many people will tell you our problem is not lack of laws but its ineffectiveness.

The law or Systems are subject to those practicing them.
