,big lie,I have done a soil test on that area when we were doing that rigid structure, that environment have just 25cm topsoil 55cm clayey,and a continuous layer of stone mixed with clay, that is almost same from isiagu, through ezzamgbo uptil onu ebonyi, that's why that environment is always retaining surface waters,it can carry even 50storey building. Since below 100cm is more of basecourse material,

A stupid mentality of na me do am from start to finish, how do we grow where lots of abandoned projects all over, and the worst part is that it's not built with their private money

,say what you know, how can loamy(humus) soil environment be waterlogged,we can have that with clayey material which have less void(porosity),abeg, make una de make technical sense atimes, that building can stani comfortably,I think it politics

Probably because it has not been put to use. Mind you, when equipments are installed, paints and other things are put on it, the weight may be too much for the foundation to carry. Additionally, people will be working there adding to the weight. The building may be at the tipping point shaa.
