Let anyone who feel it necessary to embark on such a mission, fund the trip with his/her money.

There are lots of things a government shouldn't be found taking part of. The government should be neutral. That is the only way to have free and fair society.

They should fast more for the Peace and progress of Nigeria

The bolded, so what to do others give?! That's number one question. Number two, how can people claim to be starving if there is rice to eat?!

1. I said the charity is limited becos, it is just random few guys that sometimes park at the side of the road, open his boot to share stuff. It is not arrange or organised charity.
Some, eatery also dispose off food too, either leftover or so, I am not sure. So it is by Luck to get a pack.
2. The rice isn't like our normal rice, you may not be able to eat it except if hunger wan kill you.
3. If you have money, atleast you can feed on fruits, milk snacks
