This is exactly why these politicians loot money
We have oil deposits that seems ephemeral but in real terms our oil reserves wil keep growing as we are yet to even discover other deposits, plus the ones we are exploiting is just primary recovery which recovers 35% max of the oil in place.
So they borrow and borrow and loot cause we seem to have unending oil deposits.
