For those who are familiar with this area,the ongoing road from Ajah to Epe is at the Lagos Business School,precisely around Pertocam filling station
The Engineers are trying to create a channel for the water but the canal that was established to serve as an outlet has been totally blocked,by who? By so called developers and Omo onile who sold this land to them
I know because a client took me that same property and I strongly advised him not to buy because the results from the Lagos State showed that the area was not usable
I plead to all those reading this,get a professional before you buy a property anywhere. You can sue them later if everything goes south

You are right, I know those places very well. They developed anyhow and when government come calling, some section of the country will cry victim as if they are the only one affected. Some street back of my street in Thomas estate Ajah has houses blocking canals. After rainfall, upto 5days water will still covered that area. One beautiful bungalow has almost caved in and the owners have since abandoned the house. When government comes there now, the victim card carrying members will start convulsing again why other tribe affected will accept their faith. You insult Lagos every now and then about flood and call Lagos a dirty city , now that the governor is addressing it, you still cry when you did the wrong thing. I have not seen where you people condemned demolition in your region. It is better to hurt few in order to save many.

Way back into 1998 - 97 during buba marwa's regime. The road on ago palace way was also so horrible and century was truly the last bus stop. Most of the streets beyond century were bushes and swamps filled with alligators and snakes.

Will most likely be Alasia area of Sangotedo, you can even ply that route to Seaside area of Badore but you vehicle go swim sha.
