Mr Racoon, Problem is not IMF or WB but the wastage associated with public finance in Africa. If after decades of oil and gas, we cannot develop, is it your sweat that will develop what Gods own treasure couldn't achieve in their hands?
The issue is terribly bad leadership from top to bottom.
If a restaurant you normally pateonise suddenly start offering less for more, you are likely to ditch them for another but govt cannot be easily ditched like that. You cant just wake up and change countries like diapers. You stay where you are and fight what's right.
