Last week we had so many orders. I only have few people working for me yet and some of them are store managers and 2 dispatcher. I didn't even had time for myself last week. It was a good week.



I got an order and it was supposed to be delivered to a remote location. That evening i called my Boy's number bt it was off. So i assume it could be network cos he has powerbank.

I called him in the morning too but still down. I am already panicking not because of the goods with him, but because of his own safety. I called all my clients that were supposed to get their products yesterday and explained the situation to them. I promise to compensate them financially as they get the goods. I also say i will use another dispatcher if they dont get their goods by Wednesday, which means am going to loose huge cos the products are worth about 3.7million naira in total. Bt because of my reputation, i decided to foot another phone for them.

Coming online, one of the guys, came under my trend and started accusing me of defrauding him. Someone i chatted with few hours ago and even called him. His own product is the lowest. With a profit margin of 2300 from him.

Is this a normal thing ?

Even as i am right now, am still panicking over my dispatcher, hopefully something not serious came up, Isha Allah.

sir, regardless of what happened to your dispatchers, whats most important here is YOUR CUSTOMERS, so if you cant get hold of your dispatcher then you should have automatically send another person with new goods to your customers (and deal with your lost dispatcher later).... they dont/wouldnt give a fukc about what happened to your dispatcher. they are right to call you a scammer because you are feeding them stories that are irrelevant to their orders. any smart business person would know that. your biz reputation is on the line.

expecting people to give a damn about your dispatchers issues is foolish.
DO WHAT IS RIGHT and send these people their goods, ASAP!
