I absolutely don't know what the police are doing. Arrest those who want to continue to parade themselves as chairmen when their tenure have expired instead of pampering them. Provide security for the constituted authorities to carry on their work. That's simple.

It's simple! If elected, you must leave after your tenure. Nigerian Politicians can destroy any and every institution if given the opportunity.

State Government should do same for state electoral commissions...fund them adequately for them to conduct elections as at when due.

If the Governors say they have power to appoint Caretaker Chairmen, then the President also has power to appoint Caretaker Governors.

An issue like that should never be used as an excuse to walk all over the mandate handed to them by the people. Officials are elected for a fixed term and that should never be changed by anyone or any group of persons.

Whatever problem the Governor creates, that is for the people to get at the governor for that but it by no means gives any man the right to trample on the authority of the poeple.

I did not dance at all. I made clear that the governor's supposed violation of the constitution/law DOES NOT give any person or groups of people the right to then take power from the people. This is simple! You have a problem with what the governor did, then take it to the appropriate courts, not try to use it as a means to deprive the people of their rights.

Speaking of mandate, I can't even remember when last it was the people actually have anyone mandate to serve!!! If we all understand what it means to be given such except we are just being theoretical!!!!
