If their democratically elected representatives fail at their duty the people can exercise that power directly young man. It's not like Ruto owns the constitution and he is giving us the rights he wants.

Kenyans told the idiots such offices are unconstitutional and should not exist in the first place let alone be funded. But the nigga, in typical dictator fashion told kenyans its not their business. So an idiot like Ruto has a salary, receives money for his office to the tune of billions each budget, also receives money through his wife's office to the tune of billions. Then the niggas walk around in titanium watches, shoes, belts, and cadillacs each worth millions. They dont even have any moral bearing. They cant even hide such wanton theft from the eyes of the common man. In the last one year Ruto spent 1 Billion Kenya shillings just for furniture in statehouse. That is 7,751,937.90 United States Dollars in one year just to buy sofa sets that no one even needed. Well, ofcourse no sofa set was bought, the nigga pocketed all that money but budgeted it. Kenyans want a complete end to budgeted corruption. As much as 1/3 of this year's proposed budget of 4 Trillion Kshs was going to budgeted corruption like such. That is a whooping 8 billion USD going into Ruto's and his chronies' pockets. And we cannot question because we are his willing slaves. Nigga please. Its now way past the talking stage. He and his loyal servants the MPs can vacate the country or retire honorably and let Kenyans chart a new course devoid of such wanton theft. Even Uhuru at his worst was never this bad. Uhuru borrowed 6 Trillion kshs in 10 years and build infrastructure we can all see, from the expressway to the new SGR to Lamu Port to highways in every corner of the country. Ruto, the lord of poverty, in one year and 10 months that he has been in office has borrowed a whooping 5.2 trillion and NO ONE in Kenya can tell you what he has done. He has built no road or anything else. Instead he has reversed free education and made univerisity fess tripple because the govt 'no longer can afford'. We've had the same exact issues here too where school fees have quadrupled, doctors go on strike and are threatened with firing, they have built nothing despite borrowing trillions in 22 months, they used some of that money to pay loans but no one knows where the rest went, they increased our taxes last year and said its because of the loans (which they have paid already!), they have killed the national health insurance fund, they wanted to increase the price of oil to raise money for road repairs, we've always had roads repaired without such new charges, every member of Ruto's govt was positioning themselves to eat, but STILL, even as cash strapped as they claim the country is, they can still afford to allocate billions to offices occupied by a few guys to an extent that has never happened in history, they are buying choppers and apartments in Dubai and London left right and center, they are walking around in money bags , Ruto went to the US using a private jet chartered from the UAE at 200 M kenyan shillings, that is 236,9619,318 Naira for a single trip and when asked why he used such an exobirtantly expensive plane instead of the presidential jet or Kenya Airways he arrogantly told the foolish Kenyans that KQ would have been way more expensive!!! You can imagine. Vomiting on your shoes every day and treating you like mad men in a mental asylum. He had actually convinced himself that he's beyond reproach and Kenyans are just fools because he is their president. If this happens in Nigeria I would not be shocked to see Nigerians uniting in one voice. All you need is spectacularly bad leadership.

It is what is happening in Nigeria. The government even have the effrontery to fork out 90billlion naira to pay for hajj pilgrimage, mine while Lot's of Nigerians are suffering. In the last year national budget, they allocated 840 billion naira to install just 2,500 street lights, allocated close to 500 billion to drill boreholes that are not up to 200. Trillions are been looted and mismanaged every year.
