Trillions of dollars were pumped into repairs of local refineries but some cabals in the nnpc have stolen the funds .Now a private investor is building a refinery the cabals are trying to sabotage his efforts.No wonder the same cabals are saying nigeria crude oil is not suitable for dangote refinery.They make a lot of illegal wealth from fuel importation
