Facebook Finally Enrol Nigerian As An Eligible Country Last Night by Wisewriter(op): 5:41am On Jun 28, 2024
I opened this thread few days ago to register my displedge on the delays of enlisitng Nigerian as eligible country. ( See thread Facebook Have Failed Nigerian Content Creators Like Nigeria Governement https://www.nairaland.com/8136657/facebook-failed-nigerian-content-creators)

Last night been 27th June 2024, I opened my app and saw Nigeria is now eligible and we can now earn from our content.

I am the most happiest person because I will now start family content with my wife and children. We will pursue facebook money with all seriousness. My target is now $200 per month for a start.

Facebook is not Nigerian government that does promise and fail after all.

It seems this Tinubu regime will favr Nigerians at a long run. I see HOPE FOR NIGERIA!

Nigerians are eligible before just that you need to meet some criterias before you can start earning

Don't argue on something you don't know. May be you met your eligibility yesterday night.

Nigerians have been making money on Facebook with their contents for quite some time now, even before Facebook reels was introduced

Even with your screenshot, you are still yet to be eligible to earn as you are yet to meet up with one criteria. Your past posts is not eligible for monetization.

U argue blindly! Nigerian content creators relied on their counterpart in eligible country. MC A1, Mc Akonauche and other are the ones in UK helping Nigerians ahome.

The also take their percentage. 20/80

My brother was earning $120 and he shares with the people who monetized it for him.

I have meet the requirements except following their guideline which I will fix in the coming week

DONT ARGUE BLINDLY, USE GOOGLE IF U MUST ARGUE

You are 100% correct... Those earning in Nigeria are helped by foreigners or probably they bought a foreign account just like Tiktok.

PayPal used to allow both transactions until yahoo boys destroyed that. They’ll buy some USA hacked PayPal with money inside, then transfer it to the Nigeria PayPal and then withdraw the money in dollars! It was very easy until PayPal was left with no choice..

I used to criticize PayPal myself before until I read it somewhere online what transpired..

Raising anything is pointless. They’re private company and it’s not compulsory to use PayPal. You can always use the alternatives..

What it means is that you can be postin your paintins and art work on your facebook page and earn from it. It is not profile, I mean a facebok page.

Firstly, you have to see it as a a hubby. post frequently and avoid copying others post. with time if u meet other requirements, u will apply for the monetization and those videos will convert to cents and dollars.\

In this 21st centuary, everybody needs a page

Stop arguing Nigerians were not earning from Facebook.

Before now any Nigerian earning from Facebook did so through a third party who doesn't reside in Nigeria.
