Number 1 and 4 as plantain chips specially taken in the afternoon.

Number 5 with eggs perfect for breakfast plus a cup of cowbell coffee.

Number 2 with soft beans.

Number 3 with hot jollof rice.

That is my favourite cut because it makes the plantain crunchier and sweeter.
Followed by number 3.

The only cut I am used to is NO 5.

Easy to chew and swallow

Not familiar with #1 & #3.
#2 & #4 will soak up more oil.
