Hi Everyone,

For about 7 months now, I’ve been suffering from a terrible skin itch. It happens mostly when I feel warm, if I exercise or do anything that warms up my body a bit. Even as little as taking a long walk, my back , chest sometimes hands and legs starts to itch. If I also walk into a warm room or the house is warm it happens as well. It even happens when I’m anxious or nervous. It has left no rash or reaction on my skin, just terrible itching when it happens. At this point, it has been making me very depressed as it has limited things I do. I’ve seen a general doctor, allergist and even a dermatologist. I’ve done series of tests too but they can’t pin point exactly what it is. Please has anyone experienced this or know any one that has ? If yes please what I can use to help.

I can link you to a dermatologist that doubles as a pharmacist....told him of your post after I saw it but he insists on asking you questions...if you have no objections to my suggestion then drop your WhatsApp digits and delete it after 10mins for privacy sake...sorry about your discomfort.

I think you need anti histamine.. Try Loratadine

Try using kernel oil
