But where he miscalculated was to lump Anioma to SE zone in a move that was meant to garner SE support at the legislative stage and also future votes from SE residents in places like Asaba to vote him as a future governor of Anioma.

He already knows this is a golden opportunity to have Anioma state. He only announced his proposed bill so that the different shades of opinions will absorb the news. I am in total support of Anioma state.

I have my valid reasons for wanting Anioma state so that there won't be any confusion that the entire Delta is Ibo. I am also aware of the changing demographics of Delta north owing to a massive influx of Southeasterners into Asaba and environs and know this will alter the political landscape of Delta state as a whole

I even did a topic here Kong before Ned came out with his proposed bill.

That aside, I am only stating the position of the people of Delta north and their total rejection of being lumped into the SE geopolitcal zone.

You can get all crazy and mad at me, but it isn't me writing public letters to Ned to cease and desist from amalgating Anioma into SE zone which to them will most likely see Anioma being lumped into the proposed SE Region as being proposed.
