Its very clear that Africans can nor longer forge ahead or run their annual budget without borrowing. For how long will they continue to borrow?. We are not at war yet we are borrowing like a country fighting war from all fronts. Civilization and modernization have consequences. Habe we gotten to the peak where African need to collapse to restart from stage age once again? Look at what is happening in Kenya. Economy crisis and debts. Similar things to all over Africa. |

How many times have you seen Afghanistan going to borrow. We need to look inwards. Grow what we eat and consume what we produce even made in Nigerian cars. The problem is we are obsessed with western Goods. Do you know the Afghanistan’s repaired every single military hardware left behind including helicopters. And another thing because they did not buy things from abroad their currency is the strongest in South East Asia. |

Lawal1555:What abundant resources does Nigeria have relative to it's large population? Borrowing is ok as long as it is invested into money making ventures to enable it's repayment. Taxes are meant for running recurrent expenditure. How many Nigerians pay taxes? |
