Non of this big Refinery is working not the PH, Warri or Kaduna even the Dangote is not working at full capacity yet. I was part of the team that was doing PH refinery turn around omo when I see the way the whole activities is going I told myself that Nigeria is not yet ready for Refining. If they want those Refinery to function they better sell them off. Nigeria government better hands off patapata all major businesses, the worst set of people in Nigeria after Politician, Police, Nepa are Nigerian Civil Servants very LACKADAISICAL attitude.

I know this, I use to work in Warri refinery until 2016, I’m just replying the person that think we have many refineries because of this list
