He did not spend up to 3 hours with the police; he has since be released. Criminals cannot use our police as a tool for intimidation. There are a plethora of cases of advance fee fraud with intimidation of the victims (locally and internationally), and it appears the rate of these crimes is on a steady increase. This is of serious concern regarding societal and moral values of a lot of Nigerians. |
