@ the bolded.
I certainly agree with your submission. Many of these trolls are bitter, empty, insecure and have nothing going on for themselves and that's why they resort to trolling.

One fun fact about trolls and bitter people on the internet?
They have to talk about you. Because when they talk about themselves, nobody listens. cheesy

This is spot on! You CANNOT give what you don't have. kiss We truly live in a world with vibrational energy and the universe ALWAYS align with our thoughts and intentions.

I read it on front-page too yesterday. I'm happy the criminal was caught. I hope he faces the wrath of the law.

It is only Nigerian men that wish death on their women. When you see a lady missing or brutally murdered, you'd see the glee in their eyes "Oh yes, she deserves it, she go follow yahoo boy", "Death to all ashawos" or "This one is in her boyfriend's house collecting big gbóla" when it's a missing lady. They will never chastise their fellow men for the wrongdoings meted to innocent ladies.

The mentality of those on that thread is just very funny because how many female cult gang exist in Nigeria today? Can it be compared to the thriving male cult gangs in the country perpetuating evil and causing bloodshed?
I wish those fóóls who accused the dead lady of being a "Black Bra" cult member can eat their words when they find out the lady was cruelly murdered.

Just yesterday, one he-diot was calling me a "sex seller" because I had a contrary opinion to the gibberish he was saying, another said this: It is only a bitch who is evil enough to sex induce men especially married men who are trying to be faithful, and as it is already proven that it this bitch steals,. kills and destroys, so nothing good comes out from her, only evil, so she deserves to die and burn.

In all sincerity, Nigerian men failed their women.

I'm happy when I see women that are trailblazers in their chosen career path. They inspire me to be a better person and strive for greatness.

Enjoy your day too, Sire. smiley
Oh wow, the bolded all show that "you're on fire" already with your convo here. As a young female lawyer, I trust you're in good hands to do all that you've stated here and more. The road won't be totally smooth, but you'll get to your targets.

Just a quick note: I've been a member of NL since 2005, (i.e., 19 years now)... My take is that you ignore most of those random online trolls and ethnic bigots as much as possible to save much of your energy levels... It'll starve them of any "will power" to further hurl misogynistic insults and derail threads which is their main objective, and they'll crawl (like the emotional weaklings that they are) right behind the curtain where they truly belong! The NL Report Button, screenshots as evidence, and the supermods are the other major weapons for lethally dealing real hard with these creeps.

PHAYOL81:
Some lots are already denying their root just to incite others towards violence. They want chaos but being cowards, a trait they project on others in dumb attempt at wit, they continue clamouring for others to start it in these other people's domains so as to unleash their hatred-induced destructive tendency on the said areas. They have failed and by God's infinite mercy, they will never succeed.

@Shaybebaby,

That was a good joke... You are pretty funny. cheesy grin

When I first read your mention here, it cracked me up. "Just imagine a svelte-looking Shaybebaby using expensive law textbooks to cook asun." You should develop that funny side of you as a side-hussle.

NOTE: I've also posted the archival vid links I promised to give you on the Seychelles thread. Check them out.

NOTE: Check your other mentions. I've posted to you the archival links I promised you on the Seychelles thread.
Hehehe😁😁

@ bolded,The only side hustle I want is sleep. Need extra money? I'll lie in till midday.😄😄😄

But thank you though. You know humour is subjective, and often relies on the audience having pre-contextual knowledge, often in their immediate environment or second hand.

And thank you for the links, I'll have a look later today and let you know what I think.
It seems like you are travel buff yourself, amiright?

Even if you are not, I read your posts and ooooo lord! You are like a walking-talking research journal..fount of knowledge especially about yoruba history. For me to contribute meaningfully to your discourse, I'll need to first go for informal education at the feet of our elders, then maybe do a doctorate before I engage.😀

J'adore!😍

Hey @Shaybebaby, it's my pleasure to have given you some unique insights. You're absolutely correct about the bolded, "humor is indeed subjective."

I didn't realize you were awake when you made this post slightly over an hour ago. I was incidentally online at that time as well and would have replied you earlier. You seem to be an intentional travel buff as well. I'll bet you've at least been to the nearby France, Netherlands, and Spain [Majorca (otherwise called Mallorca), Ibiza, Manorca and other Mediterranean island holiday spots in Spain].

Indeed, you're right about my love for leisure travel as it expands your worldview in real-time. Back in the day, I fortunate grew up in a family where my dad bought several volumes of encyclopedias for our home library, so, I was pretty much exposed to reading about global history and world cultures before the age of 5 (long before the Internet became pervasive for public use from 1994). Thinking back, I have my father to thank for my foundational interest in exploring the world through reading and my internationalist outlook to life, while not forgetting my roots. "It's a FACT that what a person becomes in life is a TOTAL function of the things he or she did while growing up."

Ah! That'll be mad cool. Just give me your feedback like you said you would on that Seychelles thread when you're ready.

Enjoy the rest of your day.

Ciao. wink

The curiosity had to have been there in the first place. Thank goodness for the kind of dad you had who created avenues for it to nurtured not stifled.

You are right about intentional travelling 😀 but funny enough I haven't been to any of the balearic islands. Just one Canary Island (Fuerteventura). I beg of you, give those islands a miss..it is just one big barren black rock with black sand- I hated it!🤢🤢

Hope you are having an awesome day so far.

Now let me go check out Seychelles.😀
