Following an Israeli court ruling reversing and lifting the ban on mandatory military services and conscription of ultra-orthodox Jews in Israel into the IDF, mass protests have broken out across Israel.

The IDF is facing severe man power shortages arising from mounting IDF casualties from the war in Gaza and also from a drove of resignation by serving IDF officers/personnel since Oct 7th. Mandatory conscription is also facing severe hurdles as a result of many eligible young Israeli citizens fleeing from Israel or not honouring the draft.

Why are they not willing to fight for their stolen land ?

Note that they are not protesting the war itself which they all unanimously support .

They are against doing the actual genocide that they are fully backing.
