This is because the road that leads to that end of the bridge are flooded. Motorists going from the Mainland to the Island through Apapa-Oworonshoki Expressway, the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway and the Third Mainland Bridge are stuck in massive traffic jams. I just passed by on the opposite side and the beginning of Third Mainland (iyana woro?) is car door height flooded. I’ve never seen that on the bridge beforePhotos 1 and 2) Flooded road.
