That's y portugal got lucky ...cos sometimes u need a bit of luck I the draws to advance ... that's y the Euros is harder cos they have the highest ranked teams in one tournament.... when porto won the champions league in 2004 , they were lucky cos united was the only tough team they played in the knockout , they were annihilated by real Madrid in the group stage ...but during the knock out they faced teams on their level like depotivo la coruna and Monaco in the final to lift it cos the major teams somehow were knocked out ... now for England to win the Euros, they must beat the Netherlands and must beat either of portugal, France, Spain or Germany... but first they must scale pass through Switzerland, another tricky tie ... unless we don't wanna be honest... even the Afcon is tougher than copa ... Nigeria, Ghana , Cameroon, Senegal, Egypt, South Africa, Morocco, Algeria ,Tunisia , Ivory Coast are major African forces in football .... Afcon is the only tournament that can be compared to the Euros .. the only difference is that the Euros have better teams .... Nigeria were eliminated I'm R16 by Tunisia in 2021 Afcon... u can't see Argentina or Brazil get eliminated like that ... Nigeria won Afcon in 2013 but cudnt even defend their cup cos they failed to qualify for the 2015 edition .... Italy won the 2020 Euros but cudnt qualify for WC in Qatar....but Brazil and Argentina will always certainly qualify for the world cup ...Always ... and both will always get to the final of the copa or at least 1 of both and u know this ...so why should some people think they are both the same ...they aren't... U are too dull for my standard... when did portugal play Chile in world cup??
