Imagine taking a stroll after buying Suya from a Nigerian restaurant, munching on the suya, then you look down by mistake and see a green bubbly concoction of filth that seems to be alive and breathing, while oozing a unique and pungent odor.

Not too many foreigners that only get a week vacation will want to experience that, except the hardcore adventurers, the rest would rather go to an African Safari, or Maimi or wherever.

Lagos Drainages can and should be reengineered. Of course, if drainage leads nowhere it defeats the purpose.
