Plus the high debt profile. One would wonder what exactly Nigeria does with all these funds

Unfortunately, the students will suffer this. The lecturers will take it as a holiday while receiving their salaries
They should have expected this, once there's protest, the University will shutdown to control damages that may occur should the protest continue

The country has power challenge.
If the students are asked to pay higher fees for regular power supply , they will still protest.


To maintain regular power with the current price of diesel is very expensive for an institution whose fees are less than $100.

Imagine if ASUU should also go on strike

which funds are u referring to apart from oil, which other funds? we are over 200million o. How much is naigeria making to feed its citizens? how many people or businesses pay tax? Even the big businesses find ways to shortchange govt. Yet yall want the same level of amenities as the western world

You are not paying anything here. How many people even know what tax is? In europe up to 40% of your salary goes back to govt as tax
