You advise him to approach a court ...

Same way these ones can also impeach him and advise him to approach the court..

Then there will be wahala everywhere.

For me, I think the best now is to find a political solution...Gov. Fubara can't win this case unless the PDP National backs him against Wike and the 25 Lawmakers.
and unfortunately for FUBARA, WIKE has more influence than him at national level of PDP

You are correct that the case can be heard at the High court but I doubt that Fubara has any locus standi

The case should be a matter for PDP or INEC

Even in this case on appeal was Fubara a party?
I totally agree with you. Thanks

Today the judiciary is biased because the people you had won at the court of appeal! When they lost to the lower courts justice was as it is ba? Hypocrites.

The Nigerian judiciary should be shut down. The whole system has been hijacked by bad politicians bent on turning the law on its head. The constitution is clear on the defection of elected officials, our judiciary is actually very stupid.

God will punish all of them and their supporters.

But where exactly in the judgement does it say Amawhule should remain speaker? Or Is the op trying to be disingenuous?
If only you went to University or at least learn to read and comprehend, then you will understand that the State High Court has no jurisdiction and hence the ruling of that court is null and void as if the ruling was not made nor in existence.

Who can explain this to us in a layman form?

Who is winning, Wike or Sim
It has never been about who is winning between Wike and Fubara but rather it is a case of how high can Wike win and how low can Fubara lose grin

You can't bite the hand that feeds you and not go hungry....this is a new adage I just created grin

Wike na Fubara oga period. And oga na wetin.....master grin

NOWHERE... but because the judge said they can be heard in a FEDERAL HIGH COURT ONLY, THEY WILL RUN TO TOWN to publish LIES.
They can activate their CASE, BUT STATUS QUO ANTE BELUM favours the pro- sim speaker.

To the best of my knowledge i think this is just starting afresh again, The factional speaker should approach a federal high court instead of a state high court so the governor cannot allow thos guys to sit any where till the case is settled at the FHC abuja. AThey never said amawhule is the speaker what they said is that the rivers state high court has no power to here the case and is as if all what has been happening is back to zero.

Wike

Only the Federal High Court and no other court has the jurisdiction to determine cases of tenures and vacancies of House of Assembly, Governors and President and not the State High Courts (Rivers State High Court Inclusive).
Gbam.. Very clear
Re: Amaewhule Remains Speaker: Appeal Court Rules On Rivers Assembly Speakership by seunayantokun(m):
Jurisdiction decision.
Fubara lost that. But let him now go on and challenge their tenure and their existence in that office since they cross-carpeted in a federal court. Wicked Wike must be shown way out

The CA said that under law the man was not removed as the court that removed him lacked jurisdiction. It's like building something on nothing. You get?
That not withstanding, the man automatically lost his seat when he left the party that brought him.
