The AC said the State court had no jurisdiction to entertain the matter thus the interlocutory order of the State court is vacated. It simply means that there's no more order restraining Amaewhule from parading himself as speaker. What is interesting is that the subject of their defection was not touched. So Rivers state is at liberty to claim that their seats are vacant as they defected.
