CyrusVI:But u guys always gets agitated when someone with igbo names contest for lagos governorship election how is this not different? Those that named the party clearly have territorial intentions to take over the UK for their tribe which is very laughable only people who tribal bigotry have damaged their brains will think of something like this in the first place. |

tojahh:They don't hide their tribalism even in their dream or abroad. It's innate and deeply rooted in their culture ( it's called TINWA TINWA). This is the reason they would ignore a competent candidate and support an empty brain so long as it satisfied their ethnic sentiment. |

Someone needs to write a petition against the party name as it stands to introduce ethnic division into UK politics which has potential to create political tension in future election. They should be forced to change the party name to something more reasonable and inclusive. |

Miatta Fahnbuleh has is already very popular. She was a well known musician in the 80's and a civil rights activist. Edging past her would not have been an easy task |

fastseo:He is right. He did not claim Igala just as they don't claim Itsekiri. Are Igala a Yoruboid group? The answer is YES. |

Goodvibes007:. He called it. He wants to claim UK Calling it a home from home. Imagine igbos calling Lagos a home from home. Imagine a party called "igbo" party contesting in Lagos

004gist:Our home from home. You lack good English comprehension. Point out where he said UK or Peckham is man's land? |
| Re: Nigeria Man Loses On Yoruba Party Election In Peckham UK by aviara: 4:24pm On Jul 05, 2024 |
The guy must have been told Yoruba are the majority in Peckham so the bigot wanted to catch on the Yoruba majority to win the election. Sadly he came out second to the last. The reason is simple, majority of yorubas in that county were born there and as such don't have the primitive ethnic sentiment of the average Yoruba person back home. |

opamoses1:And what do you think would happen even though some persons called UK a no-man's land? You think British citizens reason same way as you people? You guys sleep, eat, breathe, bath 'tribalism' and it's a huge threat to Nigeria's unity. . |

OAFMods:You know the funny thing, about 4 Yorubas have won from various parties in the ongoing election but it is the one where one Yoruba man lost that Seun's mod quickly moved to front page. 😂 |

Even their elite such as Wole Soyinka and co. are highly and deeply rooted in bigotry. |

| Re: Nigeria Man Loses On Yoruba Party Election In Peckham UK by aviara: 4:32pm On Jul 05, 2024 |
Imagine if the Yoruba party have won the election. They would have bombarded this trend to show that they are the smartest politically globally. Anything that massages their ethnic ego gives them maximum pleasure. |
| Re: Nigeria Man Loses On Yoruba Party Election In Peckham UK by Goodvibes007: 4:32pm On Jul 05, 2024 |
Tflex01:Once they know that they have been busted, they would quietly move the Yoruba ones to FP to cover their shame. Most likely the non rush hour period on Nairaland 😂 |
