UK Elections: Which Method Of Quick Transferring And Collation Did The UK Use?? by BluntCrazeMan(op):
With the speed the results of the UK-Elections were announced, I couldn't stop asking these questions below: 👇🏼 👇🏼

1. HOW were the various Results at the Polling-Stations “DELIVERED” or “TRANSFERED” so quickly from the POLLING-STATIONS to the “VARIOUS DESTINATIONS” where they were Collated and Tallied.??

2. HOW exactly were the various Polling-Station Results COLLATED AND TALLIED So Quickly,, (Which made the Final Results available so fast).??

Whatever they did,, and However they did it,, our Nigerian INEC need to understudy it.
And start using such methods and systems in our Nigerian Elections.

Even if INEC wants a proper election, will the voters or people agree. We keep blaming our leaders, whereas the followers are worse. Will a big man come down and rig election? They use people followers to do their dirty work. We need a proper reorientation as people. Tge government cant do it alone. We implement too many laws in this part of the world without enforcement. Thats where our first problem lies.

Stop mentioning Nigeria when talking about serious issues, you can ask how Somalia conducted elections

I understand how you feel..
But Nigeria is all I have for now.
And I need it to start working.
I need it to be proudly mentioned when good countries are being mentioned.

Yes my brother..
The voters and the people will agree..
The people are no more voting again in our elections because it is not proper.
They don't deliberately want to abscond.
But because our elections are not truly proper.

We keep blaming our leaders, whereas the followers are worse. Will a big man come down and rig election? They use people followers to do their dirty work.
That is why we all want proper elections where both the Big-man who sent his followers to rig for him, and those persons he sent, are all exposed and severely sanctioned.

Ok then.
We hope and pray that the reorientation come through and come quick too.

UK is a parliamentary democracy. There is no national collation. Elections are conducted at constituency level and result declared. What they declare at national level is the number of seats won by each political party and not a collation of national result.

In a presidential system like Nigeria, all results must be counted and collated into one. This is a process that start from polling unit to ward level to local government collation to state collation and finally, national collation. You can’t achieve that in 24 hours.

If we are to count only parliamentary seats, we can also determine the party with majority of seats in the National Assembly in 24 hours because almost all the seats were declared the following day. So, stop contributing apples with oranges.

You can share the photo if you please..

Meanwhile..
We are very much aware that the voting method which was used in the UK Elections was MANUAL PAPER BALLOT Method..

But please,, what method was used for the transferring and delivery of the various Polling-Station Results,, and what method of collation/tallying was used.??

Ok then.

But please I need you to respond to these in very simple terms..
1. Did the UK Electoral System apply “manual transfer of results” and “manual collation/tallying” of the results.??

YESS.? OR NO.?
((Don't Explain Too Much about this one.. Just drop a “YES”, or a “NO”))

2. Did the Polling-Station results pass through some lower-level collation points before getting to the final collation point.??

YESS.?? OR NO.??
((Don't Explain too Much about this one too.. Just drop a “YES”, or a “NO”))

......
Back to the Nigerian situation..

I didn't mention the presidential election..
So, I don't know why you have to mention it on my behalf..

Now, tell me..
The Parliamentary seats are very much similar to the House-of-Reps seat in Nigeria, if I'm correct.. Right.??

Then,, it means that the declaration of the House-of-Reps elections still wastes time in Nigeria,, compared to what we just saw in the UK..

“EXIT OF POLLS” WAS BY 10:00PM..
AND IMMEDIATELY THE TIME FOR “EXIT OF POLLS” REACHED,, ALL THE RESULTS WERE DISPLAYED..

Now,, had there ever been any House-of-Reps election for any constituency in Nigeria which was done and concluded before 10:00pm.??

NO MATTER HOW YOU WANT TO SEE IT,, NO MATTER WHAT EXCUSES YOU MIGHT WANT TO COME UP WITH,, THE NIGERIAN ELECTORAL SYSTEM NEED TO EVOLVE,, AND IT MUST HAVE TO EVOLVE..

School whey I know like the back of my hand! cheesy

The ballot paper looked more like a photocopy and no thumbprinting, just use the pencil to mark X. They carried the ballot boxes to the coalition centre where they were collated.

The voting process was less than 4 mins.

Wooww..

They even allowed you to snap pictures of your ballot papers over there..

It's good to know that they did MANUAL TRANSMISSION AND MANUAL COLLATION..

Now,, the fact that the whole process is so fast and quick is what I can never get to fully understand as a Nigerian who had never had the opportunity of voting in any other country outside Nigeria..
