The man is notorious for pushing for policies that benefit him and him alone in a country where there are over 220 million other people. Putting such a man in charge of economic decisions in that same country amounts to making him a greater king than he already is while nothing will change for others; this man has not helped change the lives of other Nigerians for the better the numerous other times he has engaged the government. undecided
You saying he gets government to pass Dangote Only laws?

I think I would need you to show me just one before i can respond. So please show me just one Dangote Only law please, so I can see what you saying.

Meanwhile, I do not agree with your "while nothing will change for others". The man just built a whole refinery that he can not possibly run himself. If he gives a job to just one single person, a lot will change for that one employee. And I expect a lot to change for many Nigerians if and when his refinery operates at 100%.

That is all good for him but not for Nigeria at all. undecided
His Businesses has contributed to Nigerian GDP Thus Economic Growths & Developments ....

In real terms, It's the Job of Nigerian Government to Work Out what is Good for Nigeria not a Dangotes ....

A Capitalist is a "Profit Oriented Businessman" Exploring/Exploiting All Available Opportunities to Make Profits & Huge Profits for That Matter in order to maximise his Wealths & Wealths of fellow Stakeholders in His Businesses...

If Not Dangote, The Next Businessman is Also Like Dangote & the next Businessmen to the next Businessmen is also like Dangote ....

All of us are like Dangote na Opportunities we are yet to Get huh

Are we trying here to turn Nigeria into his business as well? I don't understand how you folks reason. The other one is attempting to argue that since Dangote's Company hires approximately 29,000 people to profit for him, we should hand Nigeria over— the lives of over 200,000,000— so Nigeria can also make him more profit. 🤔

■ Until he starts feeding you and your entire family before you know he cares about Nigerians. He's the biggest EMPLOYER OF LABOUR IN NIGERIA.
■ Ending poverty is not about dashing people money but about CREATING EMPLOYMENT. Dangote used his personal money to construct part of the Oshodi-Apapa expressway. Go and read about his various donations in different parts of Nigeria whether during Ramadan or at other times.
BIggest employer who employers all the people under him to make him profit. Are you saying we should hand the entirety of Nigeria over to him in order to further benefit him as well? I don't follow the reasoning of the lot of you in this. undecided

2. Ending poverty takes more than just giving jobs to people, I am afraid! There is a need for serious infrastructural development and serious investment needed in the educational sector. Giving people jobs(paying them slave wages as is the case today) is not a way to solve poverty at all. undecided

You'll likely not understand because i dont think your family has a company that employs and oays salaries of people at the end of the month.

You also definitely dont understand how local industries producing goods locally affect the exchange rate of your country.

There's no point discussing economics with a wake up and eat person.

What can you do as the president in this situation is what i asked you .

Nothing is wrong with the country ... Na the citizens lazy .

Feeding will be problem cos people are still thinking is the responsibility of the govt to plant cassava for them so they can eat garri .

The man has just used his policies to tell Nigerians what Buhari told them with mouth that everybody was abusing him {Nigerians are Lazy !!!}

VeeVeeMyLuv:
Let the president do his job

The president just doesn't want to do his job

That's why things have been tumbling.

To feed now is a serious problem. 65% of income on food only instead of 5%! shocked . Feeding is a basic need.

The man has done enough damage. He has dragged down the country to dangerous dimensions.
