Hello everyone. I trust I'd get good advice here, hence my thread.

I'm an IT support staff currently. But I need to upgrade myself for bigger challenge in the IT sector. Which course or discipline can I do for this purpose ? And so much that if I intend to go job hunting in the future, it wouldn't give me stress to land a job, in addition to my IT experience?

IT Support is a great entry point, providing you with general IT skills and a broad understanding of various technologies.
It gives equips you with basic troubleshooting, understanding of operating systems, networking fundamentals, and customer service skills.

So for the sake of Career Path Specialization:

System Administration is a great transition point from IT Support:
Specialize in cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud. This skill set is highly in demand as more companies migrate to the cloud.
Skills Required: Network management, server management, virtualization, cloud platform certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate).

Also Cybersecurity:
Transitioning from IT support to cybersecurity can be seamless since both fields require a foundational understanding of IT systems.
Skills required: Knowledge of security principles, risk management, vulnerability assessment, understanding of various security tools and technologies.
