This mentality of government taking pleasure to borrow for capital projects without same capital projects paying itself is what have brought us to this kneeling state we are as a nation and state. This is the same issue individuals and workers have when they go source for loan and use it to do marriage or buy car or owambe, instead of investing it on a profitable business that can bring return. Some even go as far as going to buy car with loan for his personal use and not for business. And when the time for repayment comes, they will not be able to meet up with home rite because loan repayment has eaten deep their salary and nothing to argument the shortfall.
