LOL. Hallelujah brother lezz.

I can also mention, their hypocrisy, double standard and lust for wealth and anything inside a skirt, knows no bound.

Never before have I seen a bunch of deviant, lustful creatures, like many of these men who brandish themselves as pastors.
Many of them are simps and failures in real-life who couldn't approach women.

Once they become pastors they seize the opportunity that brings women close to them.

They often use this tricks

* "God wants to use you in a special way"
When they see a single sister who's got ass and boobs they say

* " I don't see early marriage for you" when the girl is truly sexy

* A promiscuous pastor will zip a fine single girl in church through the ranks from floor members to youth vice president or choir leader

So that he will have unfettered access and justification to meet outside church hours

If a church worker commits adultery or fornication, should they tell their pastor or church leadership about it or just repent and move on?

God is loving, forgiving and merciful, and he forgives the worst sinner.

Now, when a church worker commits fornication or adultery, such worker should in wisdom inform the pastor and seek for prayers also. He or she may also tell a trusted church leader about such acts.

But firstly, the person should repent of it and then speak to a trusted leader or the persons clergy or pastor about such acts. This is in general terms in a bible-believing and good church. This also applies to committing adultery in marriage or cheating in courtship.

Such acts should be confessed to the partner, as God will not like such secrets to be hidden and covered.
You did not quote any Scripture to back up your posts.
Nevertheless, while it's not good to remain in sin or continue in sin but one should know that when a sin of such nature is confessed to your church leadership, you are bounds to abide by whatever punishment is given to you by the church and if one is not careful that disciplinary action would cause you to loose your salvation and consequently fall out of faith. Many have gone down this line and have died or never recovered from the ways certain churches handled it.

Remember after you have received the free gift of salvation the rest of his you live your life in a world full of darkness is a personal thing and also note that God is the one who forgives us of our sins, the sin we commit of our body and we should also forgive ourselves for allowing our bodies to be instruments of sexual sins.
Man forgives the sin that is committed against his fellow man.

The workings from the devious minds of these pastors.

The annoying thing is, many of these women usually fall for it. I even wonder, if these women have brains at all. I mean, if its a regular guy asking them out, they give the guy Hell and start misbehaving, but as long as it's a pastor, their brains stop functioning, infact, they become no better than zombies.

This is the very reason I stay away, far away from girls who are very religious and carry church on their heads like children hawking Gala on the street.

Should you confess when you tell a lie?

Jesus said anyone who has not sinned should be the first to cast a stone. He didn't say anyone who has not committed adultery.
Sin is sin, non the greater.

women are often looking to be used or to be of service to an authority. If a man or father isn't making his woman work for him , a pastor will exploit it and use it.

Since pastors are like public servants, they have a high sense of sensing a woman with that vacuum whose energy is not being tapped or used by the man in their lives, so they seize it quickly

Secrecy is the strength of sin, as a believer cos a church worker can be an unbeliever you need to get a matured believer or leader for accountability purposes if you don't want to fall into such act again.

God should be the one a Christian should confess a sin to, not to a Pastor.

A Christian who has fallen into habitual sin and is in leadership should confess to the leaders and step down from leadership and await the Lord to restore him.

. Any sin committed is not against men but against God, no human being on earth can forgive any sin is only God. So anytime you commit any sin genuely go to your maker to confess the sin He will forgive you.

Confession was use by the king through the church to keep an eye over the activities of the people. It has nothing to do with God.

Pray to God privately, be remorseful and ask for forgiveness and grace to overcome sin. Then work on yourself never to do it again

Some people's comments are laughable at best... telling church workers and pastors that fall into fornication or adultery to just confess to God and move on. You will still fall again and again and again and you will eventually become a backslider and an unbeliever..... the Bible says...confess your sin one to another. James 5 v 16... imagine someone that just fornicates on the alter ministering to the people because he's confess to God

The only person you should confess to is to God and ask for forgiveness and also from the person you commit the fornication with and départ from such act. If you are married you'll have to confess to your spouse.

If the act remains something that's becoming something you can't fix yourself then tell your pastor about it and to pray and cast out the demons of lust from you.

Many church leaders can't cast out demons, they are only very good with judgements.

Even the church authorities are perpetrating more heavier crimes than mere fornication.

So, what's the need saying it out to them when I know they engage in similar activities.

You can't cheat nature

Body no be firewood.

It depends on the church you're attending, if it's the church of Satan then i don't have any idea but if you're talking of the church of Christ then you must adhere strictly to rules guiding Christianity.
This is what Christianity says:

Is there anyone sick among you? Let him call the elders of the congregation to him, and let them pray over him, applying oil to him in the name of Jehovah. And the prayer of faith will make the sick one well, and Jehovah will raise him up. Also, if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. James 5:14-15

You need the elders to gather around you and pray, remember the presence of two or three elders of the church automatically means the presence of Christ Jesus {Matthew 18:20} that's the only way you can be assured of God's approval! undecided
what if elders or pastor fall into fornication and adultery? Who should they confess to? When you confess and they call you out the following Sunday in the midst of church and start lambasting you, what do you think about such things? Better talk to God yourself or withdraw from being a worker without stating the reason to anyone.

Small things, those church elder and pastor start forming God. Punish someone in parlor and stick to that but NO until they broadcast it to church. I don't care what Bible say about such as if all those people used in Bible are PERFECT TOO

Telling another sinner your sins in attempt to absolve yourself puts them on pedestal they don’t deserve

They don’t deserve to hear your sins and can do nothing about them

Many church heads are worse than the average churchgoer
