i have eaten fowl that has disease and nearly dying countless times in the village to avoid it from wasting, I'm talking seriously ill chicken that is breathing it's last breath.
Even in Lagos here last year our goat ate poison outside and we gathered and ate it with our neighbors.
don't let that goat waste o and no gree mek dem cheat you for your share.

Avoid it for safety reasons o and if you must it.. avoid the head and intestine.. Where the poison pass enter the goat
