See this olodo. The PDP just conducted their NEC meeting wherein, I think 6 months was added to his tenure in preparation for convention. That court order had been overtaken by event.

That aside, please are you in competition for failure, that you're making such analogy? This is liken to defeated mindset. Meaning until Lagos turned to mini Dubai before Rivers state can. Promotion is not something that is secret. Exams and interviews are conducted before anyone in public or civil service can be promoted. Soon I will be going for my promotion exams to level 11 and after that I will be interview all along my other colleagues. So it is never a secret thing.
