If Nnamdi Kanu comes out of prison Today and insecurity in the South East dies down, he is a suspect.

Very very fooooooolish talk walahi….

Then the DSS who kept him in their custody should also be charged as Accomplice ….. for allowing MNK make contacts with people who destroy the east while in their custody

Because clearly, one person's release is the solution to all the issues in an entire region.

Oh sure, because releasing one person will magically solve all the issues in an entire region. Brilliant solution.

The ship has sailed. His release won't stop the killings and unrest in the SE. It would make it worse. There would be at least 3 factions - Nnamdi Kanu's, Simon Ekpa's, and Chinasa nworu's. Just like Boko Haram now has several factions. As you make your bed, so you must lie in it.

You just have to deflect the blame to an outsider

Kill off this mentality and stop making excuses for people. Take responsibilities and be Accountable for your actions as a tribe/group

Wetin concern DSS for this one??
Even if they allowed him contact anyone, isnt it shameful of you to admit making contact with some groups to destroy your very own region??

If them release Nnamdi, no more seat at home for sure. And Simon Okpa faction wouldn't stop the destructions.

Every tom, dick and harry thinks they have a say when it comes to Nnamdi Kanu. He's making nonentites relevant. We've heard from him, he can now crawl back to the hole 🕳️ he came from. Ndi ala, ndi ala!!!

Really....the insecurity in South East is not exaggerated...insecurity is in everywhere but the government is feeding the media lies to continue to keep hold on nnamdi kanu...even like today sit at home ...I went to my place of work without issues...cars are moving freely including keke napep...without any incidents of violence..but people outside South East will think those of us here are hiding under our dining table to dodge bullets

You are very very slow in thinking… How did I deflect the blame?? And who is the outsider??.

What is the purpose of keeping him MNK in a secured prison where his family members don’t even have access to??

How does he magically contact a terrorist group …??

It is like saying that Mandela was a suspect because his release stopped protests and crises in South Africa

I dunno what to make of this but all I have to say is we have bunch of lunatics in this country. Countries who have psychiatric patients should bring them down here cos most people are mentally unstable.

Ha, yes of course, because clearly everything is Nnamdi Kanu's fault and not at all related to any larger issues or systemic problems in the South East. Brilliant deduction.
Re: Nnamdi Kanu Is A Suspect If His Release Stops Insecurity In South East - Anosike by GanagiBitrus: 3:14pm On Jul 08, 2024
Nonsense. One can not be a suspect for a crime committed when one is in prison. Being in prison is enough Alibi.

But his release will certainly ease the tensions & insecurity in SE.

Is he a suspect? We know the reason for the insecurity is that he is locked up. No one is arguing that.
He should just come to Islam and leave all these headaches.

Re: Nnamdi Kanu Is A Suspect If His Release Stops Insecurity In South East - Anosike by Hemanwel(m):
It is surprising this journalist under-estimates the cult-like influence MNK commands in the Southeast.

Some people (even outside the region), just feel aggrieved by his continuous detention, which is somewhat in tandem with the marginalization perception prevalent in the region.

So, if insecurity ceases in the east as a result of Kanu's release, it doesn't equate to him being an accomplice, but the love the people have for him
