Please, how can I increase the capacity of my starlink?

The maximum that can connect with it is 128 but I want to increase it to 500

So my question,
Which accessories can I purchase that can increase the number of person that can connect with it?
Which accessories can I also purchase that can help this 500 person retain maximum internet speed??
